TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF MOPEDS,MOTORBIKES AND BUGGIES:

The Length of the warranty is 6 months, or 2000km, from the date of purchase, whichever comes first, it covers replacement parts only; no labor charge is implied or given in any way. Warranty cover is for limited defective parts only. Warranty does not cover the following service items: tires, cables, belts, chains, sprockets, friction parts, battery, any service item, abuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage during assembly. Warranties only cover the shipping price of the defective part only therefore we are only liable to pay for the collection of the defective part and delivery of a new part back to you. Therefore if we find on inspection that the part is not defective due to a mechanical fault but a fault of your own we are not liable to replace the part and we are not liable to pay shipping costs. Parts can be dispatched direct to the customer in the event of any warranty claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is fully serviced in accordance with the owner’s manual and must be carried out by an authorized mechanical engineer who is Vat Registered. Proof of service, i.e. receipt of work done will need to be shown to conform with the warranty. The Warranty is subject to the bike being fully serviced by an authorized mechanical engineer who is Vat registered, as specified by the owners manual which is supplied with each bike. Delivery of bikes: All bikes and accessories are sold brand new, unless otherwise stated clearly, all bike are pre inspected and partly assembled, excluding mirrors, handle bars, clocks, headlights, fairings, wheels and front spoiler (due to transit packaging). Transit damage: please inspect your item carefully before signing for it, items signed for as “received in good condition” or signed for stating damage cannot have a transit claim levied against them at a later date under no circumstances. Signing the goods as unchecked will remove both BuggySpares.com and the carrier from transit claims. Please note that you are required to assist the driver with unloading as the bike can weigh up to 106kg in transit. Buyer’s rights to cancel: You may cancel your contract with us for the Goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh Business Day from the date you receive the Goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract however there will be a 25% restocking fee. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. If you have received the Goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the Goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel the contract but we have already dispatched the Goods to you then you must not unpack or use the Goods when they are received by you and you must contact us immediately and you will have to organize collection at your own cost. Should the Goods arrive after you have cancelled the contract then you should not unpack or use the Goods. Under no circumstances should you register the Goods with the DVLA. Upon arrival of your goods an inspection will take place and if we find that the Goods have not been returned to us in unused, and in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the Goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum received to us re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided the Goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the Goods delivered to you, no refund will be issued. Limitations of Liability: By purchasing you expressly understand and agree to release the seller, from all liability or damages that may arise from the use of the item. Buyers assume all liability and responsibility for all usage of this item. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary damages or harmful act, any loss sustained caused to you as a result of this purchase, including but not limited to, damages for loss or profit, goodwill, use or other intangible loss even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from or arising out of any matter relating to this item. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you certify that the rider is of legal age to operate the motorized vehicle delivered from the seller to you in your jurisdiction. The buyer is responsible for maintaining and servicing the scooters at the specified intervals with an authorized mechanical engineer who is Vat registered. Please note it is your responsibility to check with DVLA any regulations or issues regarding the correct license you need for the use of this bike. We are not liable to comment on any issues regarding correct licenses.
